In order to maintain a low pupil-teacher ratio, classes are limited to the following number of students (some exceptions may apply):
- 18-24 Month Class – 10 Students : 2 Teachers
- 2 Year Class – 15 Students : 2 Teachers
- 3 Year Class – 12 Students*
- 4 Year Class – 14 Students*
- Kindergarten – 15 Students*

- 18-24 Month Class – Students must be 18 months old by Sept. 1st of the current school year.
- 2 Year Class – Students must be 2 years old by Sept. 1st of the current school year.
- 3 Year Class – Students must be 3 years old by Sept. 1st of the current school year and must be potty trained.
- 4 Year Class – Students must be 4 years old by Sept. 1st of the current school year and must be potty trained.
- Kindergarten – Students must be 5 years old by Sept. 1st of the current school year and must be potty trained.
Tuition & Fees
At registration, a non-refundable fee of $75 is due, and one month’s tuition fee is required. That tuition payment will be applied to the last month’s tuition (May). This tuition check may be given at registration (postdated for June 1st) or sent to the school by June 1st. May tuition checks will be deposited on June 15th.
Tuition may be paid by the month, the semester, or the year. Tuition payments are due on the first of each month and are delinquent after the tenth of that month. A $15 late fee will be applied after the tenth. Failure to pay overdue tuition after two months will result in dismissal of your child. We do not accept cash. All payments to the school must be by check or money order. There will be a $20 fee on all returned checks. There is a locked cash box available in the office for tuition payments. Please walk into the office and deposit your tuition in that box.
Nacogdoches Christian Academy plans its expenditures annually based on the summation of annual, individual student tuition. The vast majority of expenditures are one-time or annual commitments (such as curriculum materials or salaries) and cannot be adjusted after the start of the school year. Therefore, by sending a student to Nacogdoches Christian Academy, parents/guardians are committing to pay the full annual tuition, regardless of attendance. Parents/Guardians may petition the School Board for reimbursement due to unique and/or unforeseen circumstances.
Scholarship applications are available in the office to any current or prospective student. A new scholarship application must be submitted for every school year. The current year’s Income Tax Return must be turned in by May 1st before the Scholarship Committee meets.
The tuition tables below show the monthly tuition for 10 months (Aug. – May). All registration fees (due at registration) and the last month’s tuition (due on June 1st) are non-refundable.
Families with more than 1 student attending Nacogdoches Christian Academy are eligible for a Multiple Student Discount. In calculation discounts, children’s tuition will be ranked from highest to lowest, with the lesser tuition(s) receiving a 10% discount.

Before preschool child care is available beginning at 7:30 am. Children will be supervised by one of our teachers in the appropriate Early Bird classroom according to his/her age and are encouraged to participate in quiet play with puzzles, blocks, play dough and reading books.

After school care is available for all students from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm. A snack will need to be provided from home. The students schedule includes snack, indoor/outdoor play, crafts, etc. After Care fees must be paid at the beginning of the month with tuition to receive a discounted price of $7/day; otherwise, the fee is $12/day. Parents utilizing the drop-in service are expected to pay the day of service.
A fee of $1.00/minute will be added for pickups after 6:00 pm. This fee will be added to the next month’s tuition payment.
